Why does the design look slightly different on different screens?
The perception of colors is heavily influenced by the interaction of light with the eye, making lighting a fundamental factor in changing visible colors.
For what phone models do you make cases?
As of the day of writing this - we have 100 different phone case options. We cover iphone, samsung, huawei, xiaomi, google pixel and oneplus.
As technology advances - so do we, we will stay in touch and add new cases.
From what material is the case made of?
The outside has a hard PC cover, while on the inside the impact is absorbed by a soft TPU layer.
Can you make a case with the photo I sent?

Are there any additional taxes I should worry about?
No. We got you covered. (get it? like your phone)
What if the product is damaged during shipping?
First of all, sorry for the poor experience. Secondly, if the goods have been damaged contact us via email at contact form
We will do our best to sort this situation as fast as possible!
To speed things up, we will require pictures in order for us to investigate the issue, so please make sure get those before reaching out to customer support.
What are the shipping times?
From the moment the order is placed, the order is dispatched within 24-48 hours on average. We only work with the best and well known transporters.
Note, that due to some factors - like holidays, this can take some additional time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
What if an order gets lost in the mail?
For all packages lost in transit, you have to submit your claim 20 days from ordering day.
We will investigate the matter, however, please make sure you check if the delivery address has been correct.
In addition, we would recommend you to get in touch with shipping company for clarification about the order delivery status.
If the order could not have been delivered due to a mistake in address and the package is returned to us. You will receive a partial refund for your order.

What happens if you say that the package has not been delivered, but tracking says it was?
We would advise you to reach out to the delivery company for details about the package. Secondly, we would also make inquiries and see if we get any updates.
On rare occasions, the package could have been left in a remote location/neighbour, so you should investigate this option. Finally, if there was no luck locating the missing package, you will need to place another order.
Do you combine shipping for several orders?
There are several scenarios for this case:
- If there is a possibility we will try our best to combine shipping, after all, we all need to do our best to reduce CO2 footprint and look after our mother earth. However, some products cannot be shipped together, due to unique protective packaging (like mugs). Unfortunately, this will not reduce your shipping billing.
- If you ordered 2 items of the same kind - we will combine them if possible
Why is shipping taking longer than expected?
Delivery delays may occur as shipping is handled by external carriers and certain factors are beyond our control.
Do you deliver orders to a PO Box?
We use private shipping providers and some of our goods are bulky, so unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Please make sure you provide a local home delivery address.
Even tho, in some cases you will be able to inform the transporter that you want the package to be sent to a PO box after you order. Follow the shipping tracking info - for more details regarding this.
What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time, but the package has not been received?
Firstly, delivery times are estimates and depending on the local region of delivery, delivery can take longer. Please be patient.
For situations like this, there are several scenarios:
- Make sure to check the tracking number & wait a bit longer.
- Reach out to the carrier.
- Contact our customer support.
- Double-check the delivery address.
What if I made a mistake entering the delivery address?
If you entered an incorrect address, we can still change it if an order has not been shipped. However, if your order has already been shipped, there is unfortunately nothing we can do about it.
We will have to wait for the order to return and additional fees might incur. You will need to place another order.
Can I upgrade my shipping speed after submitting an order?
Unfortunately, you cannot. Once the order is placed it cannot be amended.
